REGULATORY FRAMEWORK FOR THE FUNCTIONING OF A PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOPARK AT A HIGHER MILITARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

The article provides a rationale for the implementation and further functioning of a pedagogical technopark at a military university, using the example of the National Defense University of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Special attention is paid to the «Regulation of the pedagogical technopark», which defines the goals and objectives, functions, structure, organization, and some other principles of the pedagogical technopark of a military university. The article notes that the technopark, consisting of the three laboratories (educational zones), will serve as a means of developing pedagogical competencies in the field of increasing the human resourses potential of the military education system. The research results can be used to expand and improve the environment of military universities pedagogical technoparks. The scientific article was published as a part of a research project funded by a grant for 2024-2026 ИРН АР23488037 «Preparing teachers to use the resources of the pedagogical technopark in the educational process of a military university» (the research is funded by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
