SYSTEM OF TRAINING TEACHERS OF A MILITARY UNIVERSITY FOR THE USE OF PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGY PARK RESOURCES

The article discusses the system of training military university teachers to use the resources of the pedagogical technology park. The necessity of transition from one-time development of digital equipment to a sustainable model of professional development of the teaching staff is revealed. The objective, content-organizational, educational, material and diagnostic components of training are substantiated. Special attention is paid to IT laboratories, virtual and augmented reality, media studio, laboratory of innovative learning, as well as the use of artificial intelligence tools, taking into account academic integrity and information security. The proposed model makes it possible to link digital competencies, methodological design, practical testing and diagnostics of teachers' readiness to work in the modern educational environment of a military university. The practical significance of the article lies in the description of an understandable training algorithm that can be used in organizing courses, seminars and methodological support for teachers in the real conditions of digitalization.
The study was conducted as part of the implementation of a scientific grant financing project for 2024-2026 on the topic of Teacher training for the use of pedagogical technopark resources in the educational process of a military university, IRN AR 23488037.
