ANALYSIS AND CONCLUSIONS OF THE 2025 INDIA-PAKISTAN CONFLICT

This article examines the conflict between two nuclear powers, which has not only not subsided but has even taken on new forms. In the spring of 2025, 78 years after the partition of British India, India and Pakistan once again found themselves on the brink of a full-scale escalation, triggered by the terrorist attack in Pahalgam. The analysis reveals complex contradictions in South Asia, including the causes of the escalating conflict on the India-Pakistan border in Jammu and Kashmir. The study also sheds light on the underlying factors driving the disagreements between these countries. It is possible that the regional conflict could spread to other states in the Asia-Pacific region, in addition to the one between India and Pakistan. An armed conflict between two nuclear powers could destabilize the entire region and threaten the security of neighboring countries.
