1. Rules for submitting articles
1.1 The editorial office of the scientific journal «Bulletin of the Military Institute named after S. Nurmagambetov» considers only previously unpublished author's materials – scientific (practical) articles, reviews (review articles) corresponding to the topic of the Journal in Kazakh, Russian and English.
1.2 The manuscript must be drawn up in accordance with the rules for the design of articles.
1.3 An electronic version of the manuscript, a scanned copy of the review, drawn up according to the rules, is sent through the website https://journal-visv.kz/index.php/visv/about/submissions / the

1.4 The author of the correspondence is distinguished by the envelope icon ✉. The number of authors in the article should not exceed 3.
2. Rules for the design of articles
2.1 The material of the article is drawn up in a single file in the formats of text, list of references, illustrations, illustrations and tables with signed signatures, including annotation in Kazakh, Russian and English *.RTF or*.DOCX saved in the Microsoft Word text editor is not inferior to the 2013 version, since there may be no spaces between words due to differences in the versions of Microsoft Word. Files stored in other formats are not accepted.
2.2 Materials submitted for publication must meet the following requirements:
- IRSTI (the rubricator is publicly available on the website http://grnti.ru/ or authors can obtain the IRSTI code from the library), placed in the upper left corner of the first page.
- manuscript volume 5-8 pages (review articles 8-10 pages), font (size) – 14 (Times New Roman). Edges-top and bottom – 2 cm, left – 3 cm, Right – 2 cm. number of images – 5-10. line spacing – one.
- the title should be short and reflect the essence of the work. The use of abbreviations in the name is not allowed. The name must be informative (one of the main requirements of the International Information Database).
- the abstract should reflect the main content of the article and the corresponding scientific research: relevance, topic, objectives, goals, methods, results, conclusions and suggestions: abstract in Kazakh, Russian, English (Abstract), with a volume of 200 to 300 words for each language.
For the design of an article and bibliographic data, it is recommended to use the following standards:

2.3 Keywords-words or short phrases that can serve as at least 5-7 links should reflect the main content of the article, its methodology. The keywords in the article should be indicated in order of their importance.
2.4 Abbreviations and symbols are allowed only those types that are accepted in the international system of reduction measures, units of physical, chemical and mathematical quantities, terms, etc. It is necessary to give the entered abbreviations in full form.
2.5 The dimensionality of all quantities adopted in the article must comply with the international system of units of measurement (SI) in accordance with GOST 8.417-2002. State system for ensuring the unity of measurement. Units of magnitude.
2.6 The bibliographic list is mentioned strictly in the text at the end of the article. Square brackets are used to refer to literary sources – [1], [4,5]. The bibliographic description of each source should correspond to the description of the source on the back of its title page with an indication of the city, publisher, Year of publication, number of pages. The list of references should be presented in the language in which the article is written, with generally accepted English transliteration (http://translit.ru).
2.7 Graphs and pictures, diagrams, photos are also duplicated in the form of individual files, where they must be presented in the original format (for example, diagrams in a Microsoft Excel File are not in the form of a picture or picture, but in a version not lower than 2013). Image files must be in raster (JPEG, TIFF, BMP) or vector (EPS, CDR, AI) formats, without lzw compresses; images must be combined into layers, vector fonts must be converted into curves (curves). The format of the images provided to the editorial office is important, it should allow you to edit and translate signatures, signs under the picture.
2.8 Each illustration, scheme, picture must be numbered from the beginning of the article using numbering, and under the picture there must be a signature or the name of the table.
2.9 For large-scale illustrations, tables, it is allowed to create a separate horizontally oriented section (pages in the text). Illustrations, diagrams must be executed using computer graphics, hand-made drawings (except for unique drawings, diagrams, projects of promising developments) and scanned illustrations are not allowed. The size of the images is taken into account in the total volume of the article.
2.10 All complex formulas in the article must be placed in the center of the page in a single format that does not exceed the size of the main text using Standard editors of Microsoft Office formulas, entered into a single-line table with invisible borders, and numbered in parentheses after each formula. For example,

Simple formulas (or symbols of mathematical quantities in the text) should be typed as follows: Latin characters — in italics, Russian, Kazakh letters and functions, for example, sin, — in the usual font (direct writing), Greek characters — in the symbol font (direct writing).
Formulas should maximize the use of generally accepted Latin characters, including as indices. Authors who consider it necessary to preserve the Russian spelling of formulas must provide the editorial office with options for its implementation in the international format (the editorial office reserves the right to translate formulas into Latin transcription for the English version).
2.11 The use of scanned illustrations, schemes (except for unique images, schemes, projects of promising developments), graphs, tables and formulas is not allowed.
3. Handwriting structure
The structure of the article is written strictly in the following order:
3.1 IRSTI number (in the upper left corner).
3.2 Information about the authors, including the last name, first name, patronymic of each author – full (without abbreviations), academic degree, position, place of work/study (Organization, Department, Department), e-mail address (email) in Russian, Kazakh and English, ORCID.
3.3 The title of the article is centered, bold and capitalized.
3.4 Abstract-no more than 300 words.
3.5 Keywords – at least 5-7 words.
3.6 Full text of the article in accordance with the International Formula IMRAD (compiled in the language of writing the article).

3.7 Brief output data about the Article (information about the authors, including the last name, first name and patronymic of each author – full (without abbreviations), academic degree, position, place of work/study (Organization, Department), e-mail address (e-mail); annotation and keywords are provided in the state, Russian and English languages, and if the manuscript is presented in one language, the short version is indicated only in two other languages.
3.8 The article and the list of sources used should be designed in accordance with SМST 7.5-98; SМST 7.1-2003.
The volume of at least 5 titles (references and notes in the article are indicated by end-to-end numbering), mainly for the last 10-15 years. If there are Cyrillic works in the list of sources used (in Kazakh and Russian), it is necessary to provide a list of references in two versions.: Russian Russian, Kazakh and English or German languages are indicated); 1) in the original (sources are indicated in Russian, Kazakh and English or German); 2) a romanized version of the sources written in Cyrillic (in Kazakh and Russian), that is, transliteration in the Latin alphabet. cm.
