This article explores the legal and organizational aspects of deploying the Armed Forces to maintain public order, based on the experience of the United States. In the U.S., this area is regulated by specific laws such as the Posse Comitatus Act and the Insurrection Act, which emphasize the subordination of military structures to civilian authority. The role of the National Guard, the system of specialized training, and the principles of information transparency are also highlighted. The article proposes ways to adapt these practices to Kazakhstan, stressing that the involvement of Armed Forces in public order operations should be reserved for extreme and well-justified cases.
