This article provides a bibliographic review of Ethereum blockchain technology. The authors previously examined various blockchain platforms and, based on a comparative analysis of existing platforms based on parameters such as smart contract flexibility and expressiveness, decentralization and fault tolerance, transaction speed, ecosystem development, consensus algorithm, and interoperability with other blockchain networks, selected the Ethereum blockchain platform. This article proposes a connection architecture for developing an intelligent anti-corruption system for information security and validating the academic achievements and official documents of students, cadets, and graduates of universities in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The architecture embedded in the software suite reflects the main processes and enables the storage of data on student and cadet academic progress at all stages of education. A key aspect of the proposed architecture is the reliable storage of academic achievement data, which enables the automated creation of diplomas and transcripts based on smart contract specifications, taking into account all graduation conditions according to the educational program.
