Requirements for publication ethics

 

The scientific and information journal “Military Institute of Land Forces Bulletin”editorial board work is guided by scientific publicationsethics international standards.

 

Editor ethical principles:

By making decision on article publication the editor is guided solely by the manuscriptscientific significance. The editor is obliged to preserve and not use for personal purposes the information contained in the manuscript.

 

The author ethical principles:

The research paper author(s) are responsible for the scientific researchresultsaccuracy. The deliberately false data application is unacceptable. The presence of plagiarism in any form is a basis for refusing the author to publish with further inclusion in the list of unscrupulous authors. It is unacceptable to include to the research paper authors persons who did not participate in its writing. In case of detection of an attempt to re-print already published material, the author is considered unscrupulous and included in the corresponding list with the termination of the editorial cooperation with him in the future.

 

Ethical principles of reviewers:

The reviewer adheres to an unbiased, impartial approach to the reviewed manuscript. The reviewer must ensure the safety of the information obtained from the manuscript, it is unacceptable to use it in their personal interests, as well as the transfer the manuscript to third parties.
