Abstract

The article analyzes the official data in administrative and administrative documents formed during the activities of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, deposited in the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, concerning the military oath of employees of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is known that the first step in the work of a serviceman begins with taking the Military oath.Army General Sagadat Kozhakhmetovich Nurmagambetov painstakingly worked on the adoption of a valuable document at the first step of a young fighter. The adoption of a regulatory document determined the new course, the nature of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan.
