Guidelines for Authors

Manuscript submission procedure

The publication of materials in the scientific journal  MLF«Bulletin» is carried out using the Open Journal System, an online submission system and peer review. Registration and access  arein the section submission of materials. The corresponding author shall be obliged to provide a coverletter when submitting a manuscript.

The manuscript must be formatted in accordance with the requirements described below.

The research paper titleshould correspond to its content and research topic. It is indicated in capital letters in the center of the page.(MS Word in size 14 Times New Roman).

Abstract is a summary of the research paper content. The abstract should contain 100 words, and be written in 3 languages - Kazakh, Russian and English.(MS Word in size 12 Times New Roman).

Keywords. The number of   keywords must be at least 5, and be writtenin 3 languages (Kazakh, Russian, English).

Introduction should include consideration of domestic and foreign research and actuality of research topic.

Research methods are the research methods used during the subject consideration. 

Research results reveals main theoretical and experimental results, new facts, suggestions and recommendations.

Conclusions are the summing up study results, presenting practical recommendations, as well as own proposals.

Bibliography and Transliteration. The list of literature is drawn up strictly in accordance with GOST 7.1.-2003 (http://docs.cntd.ru/document/1200034383) “Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. General requirements and rules for compilation”, Adopted by the Interstate Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification (Minutes No. 12 dated July 2, 2003). Transliteration: a romanized list of used (bibliographic) literature, if there is a Cyrillic list in the list of references, transliteration must be made.You can do transliteration through the website: and /https:/ /transliteration. pro/ bsi

The research paper design requirements:The ICSTI code, the research paper title, the full name of the author(s), the authors data: position, academic title, academic degree, name of institution, city, state,e-mail. 

Technical requirements

• Electronic files should be submitted in Microsoft Word
• Font-Times New Roman, size – 14pt,
• Line spacing-1.0
• Fields:on all sides- 2 cm
• Paragraph-1cm
• The volume of the article should not exceed 7 pages.
