The key concept of cyber security, which previously included primarily technological tools, has now been expanded due to the concepts of virtual communication and virtual extremism. Human capital, as one of the factors of cybersecurity, becoming the object of information influence, can be just as susceptible to cyber attacks as information systems themselves. The article discusses the importance of research approaches in this direction in the context of the fact that it can be of great importance in the education of the personnel of the armed forces of the country, since the security of the state largely depends on them.
