For the successfulprevention of terrorismandextremismamongyoung people, it is necessary to havescientific and methodologicalsupportandcreatesuitablesocio-pedagogicalconditionsineducationalinstitutions. The article is devoted to modeling the process of developinganti-terrorist consciousnessamongyoung people,identifying the conceptual and technologicalcomponents of thisprocess. Based ontheanalysis of philosophicalandpsychological and pedagogicalliterature, the essenceandcontent of anti-terrorist consciousness are substantiated, the process of developinganti-terrorist consciousness is substantiated,measuresfor the development of thephenomenon under study are proposed:monitoring,studying the social well-being of young people,aswell as the study of communicationdeviationsbothwithinstudygroupsandwithotherpeople. The authorsemphasize the importance of fosteringtoleranceandcounteringinfluencesthatcausefearandalienation from otherpeoplesandcultures.This will helpyoung people develop the skills of independent,criticalthinkingandformingjudgmentsbased on moralvalues.
