The article analyzes the issues of centralization in military administration. The author highlights the key shortcomings of centralized systems. These include slowness in decision-making and lack of flexibility, which is critical in modern combat conditions. The main ideas relate to the need for decentralization and the introduction of flexible management structures. This, according to the author, will increase the effectiveness of the battle. Modern challenges and requirements for military control systems are affected. The main problems associated with high centralization are revealed. Specific measures are proposed to solve them: decentralization, fluttering, the use of modern technologies (intelligent systems, unmanned aerial vehicles, virtual reality systems).
