Teoretikalaspekts of the fundamentals of military law in the context of the stady of prevention and military crimes prevention

Abstract

The article examines the concept * and criminological nature of Military crime as a social phenomen, examines the basics of military law, including from the perspective of the general system of prevention and prevention of military crimes. The causal relationship of military crimes, legal regulation in the field of military affairs, the possibility of applying a comprehensive legal approach to building a crime prevention system in the armed Forses of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been studied. The author pays attention to the basic construction of a system of crime prevention and offenses with synchronization of the activities of other support systems in field of defense and military servise. The practical implementation of the studied issues is considered in the context of building a system of prevention and prevention of the commission of military crimes, organization and legal support for the activities of the Armed Forces of the Republic of the Kazakhstan.
