When implementing the main provisions of the Bologna Process, all European countries face
various difficulties, which are associated with the degree of correlation of national models with the
general European ideal, as well as with the choice of approaches to be changed. The proposed
concepts of reforming the military training of students according to the reserve officer training
programs are analyzed.This article examines the effectiveness of the Bologna system of education in
the preparation of the mobilization reserve at the military departments of civilian universities and
military educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The main provisions of the Bologna
system and the existing system of military education are analyzed for the presence of contradictions
between them.
